As Sales Manager, you are part of TGS (Turbine and Generator Services), a unit within the Circular Solutions division that offers different services to industry and utility customers. You will have responsibility to sell services within steam turbine, gas turbine and generator services mainly in Sweden. Your duties include managing the quotation work for a specific sales project, collecting the necessary technical and commercial documentation from the organization and compiling these in an attractive tender for the customer.
As a Sales Manager you are responsible for the commercial part of the quotation. The role includes also proactive sales, identifying potential customer projects and concluding profitable agreements with new and existing customers – all in accordance with our sales process. The location is flexible but preferable Stockholm or Västerås.

You are an electrical or mechanical engineer, or have an equivalent degree in engineering. You combine this with a technical background and experience of sales roles in the energy sector or other manufacturing or process industries with a focus on generators and/or turbines. Fluent Swedish and English in writing and speech is a requirement. Other languages such as German and Finnish are seen as beneficial. Interest and skills in automation, protection, IT and Excel are meritorious. Travel is included both within Sweden and abroad.
- Technical or Economical degree (Bachelors of Masters)
- Fluently spoken and written SE/FI and EN. DE beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of energy technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or procurement
- Basic understanding of the PP process and maintenance
