We never recruit from any of our clients, and we ensure strict confidential handling for both parties. Our relationships with our clients and candidates are built on trust.

In all our relationships, an ethical approach with the utmost respect for both the client’s and the candidate’s integrity is of the utmost importance. We often receive company information that must be treated with strict confidentiality, and we also come into contact with candidates who want to have conversations with us under confidentiality.

Our approach protects information for both the client and the candidate; our confidentiality does not allow third parties to access information, and we never disclose names and information without consent. Never recruiting from a client is a matter of honor. We do not contact candidates at companies where we have performed or are performing search assignments. In all other respects, we fully adhere to the ethical rules of the industry association ESK.”

This Is How We Work

Collaboration
We firmly believe that successful recruitment requires collaboration between us and you as a client, as well as within our team. Our working model is built on meticulous preparation, where we immerse ourselves in the client’s company and needs, and together, we develop a desired profile of requirements. We then embark on an extensive search process.

Thoroughness
We are extremely thorough in our reference checks and trace candidates back through their professional history. The selection process is based on in-depth interviews, personal assessments, references, and personality- and capability tests if requested by the client.

Quality Guarantee
For each assignment, we provide a “satisfied-customer-guarantee” for six months, which means that a new recruitment will be conducted free of charge if dissatisfaction with the candidate arises and the employment is ended. After completing a recruitment, we contact the candidate and the company for alignment and follow-up.
