In 2021, our business celebrated its 10th anniversary, and it is with joy and pride that we look back on our years in the industry.
The years have gone incredibly fast – as they should when you’re having fun. But when we think back to our first “office” in the Zetterwall villa in Nacka, we realize that a lot has happened since we started. The office, which couldn’t really be called an office, had no door, but was just an open space in the form of an alcove in one of the many staircases in the large house. This particular staircase led up to the company Tomtar and Troll in one of the corner towers of the villa, and diagonally across from our alcove lived the construction workers who were temporarily renovating the house.
Search lists were created in Excel, and we spent a lot of time explaining to those we contacted that we didn’t want to help them recruit – we wanted to recruit them for a different role. Headhunting was still very uncommon, and we navigated with the help of membership in MRI Network, the world’s largest network in the field of search.
Since then, our business has grown, and our process and way of working have been refined. Our rapid growth led us to receive the Gasell (Gazelle) award from Dagens Industri in both 2017 and 2018.
