Our approach protects information for both the client and the candidate; our confidentiality does not allow third parties to access information, and we never disclose names and information without consent. Never recruiting from a client is a matter of honor. We do not contact candidates at companies where we have performed or are performing search assignments. In all other respects, we fully adhere to the ethical rules of the industry association ESK.”
