About the role
The Search Account Coordinator will be the partner from the current Strategic Search Account Manager to support in campaign optimization and implementation on the set of defined customers.
Next to that the Strategic Search Account Coordinator will build relationships with the customers highly valued Strategic Search advertisers. The individual in this role will support the advertisers together with the Strategic Search Account Coordinator and the Strategic Search Account Director by building and implementation of accounts, through customer support and data-driven solutions.
The individual in this role will bring search knowledge, customer obsession, a passion for innovation and best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results over time.
Agency / advertiser portfolio and account planning.
Utilizing data analytics and insights and collaborating with assigned account team, the Account Coordinator will help develop and action on strategic account and portfolio plans for top tier advertisers.
Responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of service is delivered to capitalize on opportunities within the book of business.
Model exceptional account coordination that delivers sales and service excellence.
Bring competitive and industry insights and media experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations.
Partner with account team to exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, feature updates, marketplace knowledge, resolving technical issues and expertise in Bing Ads.
Develop collaborative relationship with account team.
Support the account team in their drive for growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account team and key partners. Utilize relationships to provide seamless account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations. Develop short and long term solutions and discuss/act upon optimization opportunities.
Continually develop industry knowledge and grow professionally.
Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the search industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace and provide insights to the advertiser/agency.

Demonstrated passion for search and technology and its use in driving customer satisfaction
1+ years working in a sales or customer service organization
1+ years search advertising experience, preferably SEM
Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
1+ years of experience working with other relevant Online advertising toolsets Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive amid ambiguity
Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships
Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD) preferred but not required
High competence level with Excel, experience working with dash boards, knowledge of Outlook, Power Point
