The role

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to drive development and execution of commercialization strategy. This involves defining differentiated offers, a competitive go-tomarket strategy, and building a strong Engagement team. The role also includes working with the leadership of the Design & Engineering team to continuously ensure that we are delivering maximum customer value.

As CCO you will be building the commercialization infrastructure, including structuring and growing the organization and leading the sales and customer success team. You will report directly to, and work closely with the CEO.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Customer Lead Development
• Sales Development (RFP and pre-sales activities)
• Sales
• Develop Distribution Partnerships
• Customer Success (with Head of Member of Success)
• Contract Negotiations and Contract Development

You will also take part in strategic decisions regarding:
• Product Packaging, Brand Awareness and Customer Journey
